- quantity,
- technical specifications,
- sale price including all taxes,
- discount amount, if any,
- payment method,
- delivery address,
- billing information
are as stated in the order summary and the related order records, and form an integral part of this agreement.
ARTICLE 4 – GENERAL PROVISIONS
4.1. The BUYER acknowledges that, before assuming the payment obligation, they were informed about the main characteristics of the product subject to the agreement, the sale price including all taxes, the payment terms, delivery, the right of withdrawal and other preliminary information, and that they confirmed the Preliminary Information Form electronically.
4.2. After payment is confirmed, the ordered product is handed over to the carrier within an average of 1–3 business days. The delivery time of shipped orders varies by region but averages 2–5 business days.
For sales of goods, subject to the exceptions set out in the legislation, the delivery time may not exceed 30 days from the date the order reaches the SELLER.
4.3. Orders are shipped via Aras Kargo to the delivery address specified by the BUYER when placing the order.
Standard shipping is free on all orders placed through Voltobil.
4.4. If the product is to be delivered to a person or organization other than the BUYER specified in the order, the SELLER cannot be held responsible, to the extent it is not at fault, for the consequences arising from that person or organization not accepting the delivery.
4.5. The SELLER is obliged to deliver the product in accordance with the qualities specified in the agreement and the order, complete, and together with the warranty certificate and usage information required under the relevant legislation, if any.
4.6. The SELLER is responsible, under the relevant legislation, for any loss or damage that may occur before delivery of the product, until the consumer receives the product from the carrier.
4.7. If the order amount cannot be collected through the payment method used, or if the payment is lawfully canceled, the SELLER's obligation to deliver the product does not arise.
ARTICLE 5 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
5.1. Subject to the exceptions set out in the legislation, the BUYER has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty, from the date the product is delivered to the BUYER or to a third party designated by the BUYER.
The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before the product is delivered to the BUYER.
5.2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient to make a clear statement to the SELLER expressing the decision to withdraw within the 14-day period.
The withdrawal notice may be sent through the following channels:
Email: info@voltobil.com
WhatsApp: +90 554 211 00 40
The BUYER may also use the withdrawal form provided by the SELLER.
5.3. The BUYER is obliged to send the product back within 14 days from the date the withdrawal notice is sent to the SELLER.
5.4. The return carrier designated for the right of withdrawal:
Aras Kargo
Aras Kargo Return Code: 2605003551428
If the BUYER sends the product via Aras Kargo using this return code, the return shipping cost is fully covered by the SELLER and no fee is charged to the BUYER.
For returns made using the carrier specified in the preliminary information, the consumer cannot be held responsible for the return costs.
5.5. When the right of withdrawal is exercised, the SELLER refunds to the BUYER, within 14 days, all payments collected, including delivery costs, that must be refunded under the legislation.
If the BUYER sends the product back via Aras Kargo as specified in the preliminary information, this period starts from the date the product is handed over to the carrier. If a carrier other than the one specified in the preliminary information is used, the refund period may start when the product reaches the SELLER.
The refund is made using a method appropriate to the payment instrument the BUYER used at the time of purchase and without imposing any additional cost on the BUYER.
5.6. To ensure the process runs smoothly, it is important that the returned product is sent, if possible, with its invoice, original packaging and the accessories delivered with it.
The fact that the packaging has been opened does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal.
ARTICLE 6 – CASES WHERE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL CANNOT BE EXERCISED
Within the scope of the exceptions set out in the Distance Contracts Regulation, among others, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts relating to:
- goods specially prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs,
- goods whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal or package have been opened after delivery and whose return is not suitable for health or hygiene reasons,
- goods that, after delivery, are mixed with other products and by their nature cannot be separated,
- other goods and services regulated as exceptions to the right of withdrawal in the relevant legislation.
Type 2 portable chargers, charging cables and converters offered for sale by Voltobil as standard are, as a rule, subject to the right of withdrawal where they have not been specially prepared for the individual.
The BUYER's examination of the product during the withdrawal period in a manner consistent with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use does not, by itself, remove the right of withdrawal. However, the provisions of the relevant legislation apply with respect to any decrease in value resulting from use of the product beyond a normal examination.
ARTICLE 7 – DEFECTIVE GOODS AND WARRANTY
If the product is defective, the BUYER's rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are reserved.
In the case of defective goods, the BUYER may, within the framework of the conditions set out in the legislation, exercise one of the following rights:
- returning the product and withdrawing from the agreement,
- keeping the product and requesting a reduction in the sale price in proportion to the defect,
- requesting free repair, provided it does not require excessive cost,
- where possible, requesting replacement of the product with a non-defective equivalent.
The seller is obliged to fulfill the request chosen by the consumer in accordance with the law.
Warranty conditions and after-sales support processes are also explained on the Warranty Terms page.
ARTICLE 8 – PAYMENT AND DEFAULT
For payments made by the BUYER by credit or debit card, the use of the card and any obligations that may arise towards the bank are subject to the agreement between the BUYER and the relevant bank or payment institution.
The SELLER is not responsible for interest, late payment or similar obligations arising from the relationship between the BUYER and their bank or payment institution.
ARTICLE 9 – COMPLAINTS AND DISPUTES
The BUYER may submit requests and complaints regarding the order or sales process to the SELLER through the following channels:
Email: info@voltobil.com
Phone / WhatsApp: +90 554 211 00 40
For 2026, consumer disputes with a value below 186.000 TL must be brought before the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees.
For disputes of 186.000 TL and above, no application can be made to the Consumer Arbitration Committee; under Law No. 6502, mandatory mediation as a precondition to filing a lawsuit and then the consumer court may be applied to. In places where there is no consumer court, the civil courts of first instance act in that capacity.
An application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee may be made to the competent committee in the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction was carried out.
ARTICLE 10 – PRELIMINARY INFORMATION AND CONCLUSION OF THE AGREEMENT
The BUYER acknowledges that, before completing the order and assuming the payment obligation, they were informed through the Preliminary Information Form about:
- the main characteristics of the product,
- the price including all taxes,
- the payment method,
- delivery and shipping terms,
- the right of withdrawal,
- the return method and return carrier,
- complaint and dispute resolution channels,
- the SELLER's identity and contact details,
and that they confirmed this information electronically.
The fact that the order creates a payment obligation is clearly and understandably notified to the BUYER before the order is completed.
This Distance Sales Agreement enters into force when the BUYER gives the required approvals electronically and the order is created.
