2. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PRODUCT
The type, quantity, brand/model, technical specifications, color and sale price including all taxes of the ordered product(s) are as stated on the product page and in the order summary.
Due to screen, lighting and photography conditions, product images may show slight differences in the color and appearance of the product.
Important technical notice: Voltobil converter products do not charge an electric vehicle on their own; they must be used together with a compatible portable electric vehicle charger. The actual charging power may vary depending on technical conditions such as the capacity of the electrical installation, the charger used, the connection setup and the AC charging power supported by the vehicle.
3. DELIVERY
Orders are shipped via Aras Kargo to the delivery address provided by the BUYER when placing the order.
After payment is confirmed, the order is prepared and handed over to the carrier within an average of 1–3 business days. The delivery time of shipped orders varies by region but averages 2–5 business days.
For sales of goods, subject to the exceptions set out in the legislation, delivery is made within 30 days at the latest from the date the order reaches the SELLER.
When the order is shipped, the shipment tracking information may be sent via the BUYER's contact details registered in the system.
The SELLER is responsible, under the relevant legislation, for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping until the product is delivered to the BUYER.
4. DELIVERY COST
Standard shipping is free on all orders placed through Voltobil.
No shipping fee is charged to the BUYER for standard delivery of the order.
5. PAYMENT METHOD
The payment options offered on the website at the time of ordering may be used.
Within the available payment options, the following may be offered:
- Online payment by credit/debit card,
- Bank transfer (Havale/EFT).

For orders paid by bank transfer (Havale/EFT), payment must be made within 3 business days, with the order number entered in the transfer description. Orders not paid within this period are cancelled. The order is prepared once the payment has reached the SELLER's account.
The payment method that can be selected when ordering and the total payment amount are shown to the BUYER before the order is confirmed.
6. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Subject to the exceptions set out in the legislation, the BUYER has the right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date of receiving the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.
The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before the product is delivered.

or by other appropriate means in the form of a durable medium.
Once the withdrawal notice has been sent to the SELLER, the BUYER must return the product within the period set out in the legislation.

7. RETURN SHIPPING INFORMATION
The return carrier designated by Voltobil in case the right of withdrawal is exercised:

If the BUYER sends the product using the Aras Kargo return code above, the return shipping cost is fully covered by the SELLER and no fee is charged to the BUYER.
For returns made with the carrier specified in the preliminary information, the consumer cannot be held responsible for the return costs.
If Aras Kargo has no branch where the BUYER is located, the SELLER ensures that the product is collected without charging the BUYER any additional fee.
8. REFUND
If the right of withdrawal is exercised and the product is handed over to the return carrier specified in the preliminary information, the SELLER's refund period starts from the date the product is handed over to the carrier for return.
The refund is made within the period set out in the legislation, using a method appropriate to the payment instrument the BUYER used at the time of purchase, without imposing any additional cost or obligation on the BUYER.
9. COMPLAINTS, OBJECTIONS AND DISPUTES
The BUYER may submit requests and complaints regarding orders, products, delivery, returns or after-sales processes to the SELLER through the following channels:

In consumer disputes, the monetary limits in force are taken into account. For 2026, disputes with a value below 186.000 TL may be brought before the Provincial or District Consumer Arbitration Committees. For disputes of 186.000 TL and above, in accordance with the relevant legislation, mandatory mediation as a precondition to filing a lawsuit and then the consumer court may be applied to.
An application to the Consumer Arbitration Committee may be made to the competent committee in the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction was carried out.
10. CONFIRMATION OF PRELIMINARY INFORMATION
The BUYER confirms electronically that, before assuming the payment obligation for the order, they had the opportunity to review the information in this Preliminary Information Form and have obtained the preliminary information.
For the distance contract to be concluded, the consumer's receipt of the preliminary information must be confirmed.
