Right of Withdrawal Within 14 Days

In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Distance Contracts Regulation, for products purchased from Voltobil, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason and without paying any penalty.

The right of withdrawal may also be exercised before the product is delivered.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, within the 14-day period you can:

send your withdrawal/return request together with your order number to info@voltobil.com, or use the Withdrawal Form at the end of this page.

You must hand the product over to the carrier for return within 14 days from the date you send us your withdrawal notice.

Return Process

  1. Send your return request together with your order number to info@voltobil.com, or use the Withdrawal Form below.
  2. Prepare the product to be returned, if possible, with its original packaging, invoice and all accessories delivered with the product.
  3. Drop off the product at the nearest Aras Kargo branch using the Aras Kargo Return Code below.

  1. For shipments sent via Aras Kargo using the return code provided, the return shipping cost is covered by Voltobil.
  2. Where the legal conditions are met, the refund is made within the period set out in the legislation, using a method appropriate to the payment instrument you used at the time of purchase, and without any additional cost to you.

When the Aras Kargo return method designated by Voltobil is used, the return shipping cost is fully covered by Voltobil.

No return shipping fee is charged to the customer for returns made using this code.

Returning the Product and the Consumer's Responsibility

During the withdrawal period, the consumer may examine the product in a manner consistent with its operation, technical specifications and instructions for use.

If the value of the product decreases because it has been used beyond a normal examination, the provisions of the relevant legislation apply.

To ensure the process runs smoothly, it is important that the product is returned, as far as possible, complete with its original packaging and the cable, adapter, plug, user manual and other accessories delivered with it.

Cases Where the Right of Withdrawal Cannot Be Exercised

The exceptions to the right of withdrawal set out in the legislation are reserved.

With respect to Voltobil, in particular, the right of withdrawal may not be exercised for contracts relating to:

  • Products specially prepared in line with the consumer's requests or personal needs,
  • Services whose performance has begun, with the consumer's express approval, before the end of the withdrawal period and which fall under the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal.

The mere fact that a product's packaging has been opened does not, by itself, automatically remove the right of withdrawal. Under the Distance Contracts Regulation, exceptions related to opening the packaging are limited to certain product groups.

Defective or Faulty Products

If the product is defective or faulty, the consumer's legal rights under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection are reserved.

In line with the conditions set out in the legislation, the consumer may request whichever of the following rights is appropriate:

  • withdrawal from the contract and a refund,
  • a reduction in the sale price,
  • free repair,
  • replacement of the product with a non-defective equivalent.
