PRIVACY POLICY AND KVKK PRIVACY NOTICE

As ACC Robotik Teknoloji ve Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi ("Voltobil"), acting as data controller under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), we hereby inform you about the processing of your personal data obtained through the voltobil.com website and related communication channels.
1. Personal Data Processed
Depending on the nature of your transactions and communications with Voltobil, the following personal data may be processed:
- Name and surname,
- Phone and WhatsApp number,
- Email address,
- Billing and delivery address,
- Order and purchase information,
- Information required for invoicing,
- Information relating to payment transactions,
- Return, withdrawal and after-sales support information,
- Customer requests, complaints and communication records,
- IP address,
- Device and connection information,
- Cookie data,
- Website usage and browsing information.
Identity information may also be processed where required for invoicing or for obligations arising from legislation.
Full bank or credit card details are not stored directly by Voltobil; payment transactions are carried out through authorized payment institutions and/or banks.
2. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
Your personal data may be processed for the following purposes:
- Receiving orders and carrying out sales transactions,
- Concluding and performing the distance sales contract,
- Carrying out payment transactions,
- Carrying out invoicing and accounting processes,
- Preparing, shipping and delivering orders,
- Carrying out return, withdrawal, exchange and after-sales support processes,
- Carrying out warranty and service operations,
- Responding to customer requests and complaints,
- Carrying out customer communication and support processes,
- Fulfilling legal and regulatory obligations,
- Ensuring the security of the website and information systems,
- Preventing fraud, misuse and unauthorized transactions,
- Where the necessary legal conditions are met and/or consent to commercial electronic messages has been given, sending communications about campaigns, products, services and promotions.
3. Legal Grounds for Processing Personal Data
Your personal data is processed on the basis of the following legal grounds set out in Article 5 of the KVKK:
- it is expressly provided for by law,
- it is directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract,
- it is necessary for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
- data processing is necessary for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right,
- data processing is necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.
Data processing activities that require explicit consent are carried out only where the data subject has given valid explicit consent.
The obligation to inform and the explicit consent processes are carried out separately from each other.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your personal data may be transferred, to the extent necessary to achieve the purposes stated above, to:
- Shipping and logistics service providers,
- Payment institutions and banks,
- Accounting, e-invoice and e-archive service providers,
- E-commerce infrastructure and technical service providers,
- Hosting, information technology and security service providers,
- Authorized service centers and after-sales service providers,
- Business partners from whom legal, financial and technical services are obtained,
- Advertising and measurement service providers (Meta Platforms Ireland Limited; only where you have given your explicit consent),
- Public institutions and organizations authorized by law.
Personal data is transferred only to the extent necessary for providing the relevant service, performing the contract, fulfilling legal obligations and achieving the purposes stated above.
5. Transfer of Personal Data Abroad
Because the systems of the e-commerce infrastructure, hosting, analytics, security or other technical service providers used by Voltobil are located abroad, some personal data may be transferred abroad depending on the nature of the service.
Where personal data is transferred abroad, such transfers are carried out in accordance with the transfer conditions and appropriate safeguard mechanisms set out in Article 9 of the KVKK and related legislation.
6. Data Sharing for Advertising and Measurement Purposes (Meta Pixel and Conversions API)
On voltobil.com, the Meta Pixel and Conversions API technologies provided by Meta Platforms Ireland Limited ("Meta") are used to measure the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, to show website visitors and our customers advertisements relevant to their interests, and to create advertising audiences.
In this context, website activity such as page views, product views, add-to-cart, checkout initiation and purchases, IP address, browser and device information and cookie identifiers, as well as irreversibly encrypted (hashed) versions of contact information such as email address, phone number, name and surname, and city/postal code, may be shared with Meta.
Because Meta's servers are located abroad, this data is transferred abroad. These data processing and cross-border transfer activities for advertising and measurement purposes are carried out only where you have given your explicit consent, in accordance with Articles 5 and 9 of the KVKK. You can give your explicit consent through the cookie preferences on our website or withdraw it at any time; not giving explicit consent does not affect your orders or purchases.
Information on how Meta processes personal data is available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. If you have a Facebook or Instagram account, you can manage the association of this data with your account in the "Off-Facebook Activity" section of your account settings.
7. Method of Collecting Personal Data
Your personal data may be collected electronically and, where necessary, in physical form, by fully or partially automated means, through:
- order and account registration transactions carried out on voltobil.com,
- contact and support forms,
- email,
- phone and WhatsApp calls/messages,
- payment and delivery transactions,
- after-sales support processes,
- cookies and similar technologies.
8. Retention of Personal Data
Your personal data is retained for as long as required by the purposes of processing and within the statutory retention periods set out in the relevant legislation.
Once the purpose of processing and the statutory retention obligation cease to exist, personal data is deleted, destroyed or anonymized in accordance with the legislation.
9. Security of Personal Data
Under the KVKK, Voltobil takes appropriate technical and administrative measures to prevent:
- unlawful processing of personal data,
- unlawful access to personal data,
- loss, alteration or use by unauthorized persons of personal data,
and to ensure that personal data is stored securely.
10. Your Rights under the KVKK
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, by applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed,
- Request information if it has been processed,
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad,
- Request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurately processed,
- Request deletion or destruction where the conditions set out in the Law are met,
- Request that correction, deletion or destruction be notified to the third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
- Object to a result to your detriment arising from the analysis of the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
- Request compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of personal data.
11. KVKK Applications
You may submit your requests under the KVKK in writing to:

or by other methods set out in the legislation.
For applications made by email to comply with the legislation, the email address previously notified to the data controller and registered in the data controller's system must be used.
In this context, you may send your applications to:
Applications must include your name and surname, signature if the application is in writing, Turkish ID number for citizens of the Republic of Türkiye, address for notification, contact details if any, and the subject of the request. Applications are, as a rule, concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within 30 days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request.
If your application is rejected, the response is found insufficient, or no response is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board within the periods specified in the KVKK.
